How to Use the Wishlist Feature in Shopibx

The Wishlist feature allows you to track and manage users who have added items to their shopping cart but have not yet completed their purchase. You can use this data to reach out to users with personalized messages via WhatsApp or email, helping to convert abandoned carts into sales and boosting customer engagement.

You can find the Wishlist feature under Products > Wishlist in your Shopibx admin panel.

What You Can Do in the Wishlist: #

  • View All Users Who Added Items to the Cart: In this section, you’ll see a list of users who have added products to their cart but have not completed the checkout process.
  • Send Personalized Messages: You can send messages directly to these users to remind them about their cart. You have the option to send these messages through:
    • WhatsApp: Engage users via WhatsApp by sending them a direct message with a reminder or special offer.
    • Email: Send an email to users with information about their wishlist and encourage them to complete their purchase.
  • Increase Sales: The Wishlist feature is a valuable tool for recovering abandoned carts and encouraging users to return to your store. By sending personalized messages, you can prompt users to complete their purchases and potentially increase sales.
