The Testimonial feature allows you to display customer reviews and feedback on your product pages. This helps build trust and credibility, encouraging potential customers to make informed purchase decisions.

You can find the Testimonial feature under Products > Testimonial in your Shopibx admin panel.
Steps to Add a Testimonial: #
- Add New Testimonial: Click on the “Add Testimonial” button to create a new review.
- Enter the Customer’s Information:
- Name: Enter the name of the customer who wrote the testimonial.
- Review: Write the content of the testimonial (e.g., customer feedback about the product).
- Product: Select the product related to the testimonial from the drop-down list.
- Rating: Choose the rating from 1 to 5 stars.
- Status: Set the status to either Active or Inactive to control the visibility of the testimonial.
- Save the Testimonial: Once you have filled in all the details, click “Save” to add the testimonial to the product page.
How It Works: #
Once you’ve added a testimonial, it will appear on the corresponding product page. This allows your customers to see real feedback from other buyers, which can improve conversions and customer confidence in your products.
Feel free to add multiple testimonials for each product to show a variety of reviews!
