How to Set Up WhatsApp Live Support in Shopibx

This guide will show you how to configure WhatsApp live support for your customers on your Shopibx store. By adding your WhatsApp contact number, customers will be able to reach you directly via WhatsApp for support.


Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up WhatsApp Live Support Settings in Shopibx #

  1. Log In to Your Shopibx Dashboard
    • Access your Shopibx admin panel by logging in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to WhatsApp Settings
    • In the left menu, go to Settings > WhatsApp Settings.
  3. Enable WhatsApp Live Support
    • In the WhatsApp Live Support section, toggle the setting to enable WhatsApp live support on your store.
  4. Enter Your Contact Number
    • In the Contact Number field, enter your WhatsApp number along with the country code. Ensure you include the “+” symbol and the country code followed by your phone number.
      • Example: If your country code is +91 and your WhatsApp number is 7878787878, you should enter: +917878787878.
  5. Save Your WhatsApp Settings
    • After entering the number, click Save to apply the settings.

What to Do if You Encounter Issues #

  • Incorrect Phone Number Format: Ensure that you include the “+” symbol and the correct country code when entering your phone number. Double-check your number format.
  • WhatsApp Live Support Not Appearing: Verify that the setting has been enabled correctly and that the WhatsApp icon is visible on the front-end of your store. If it is still not appearing, check if your store’s theme supports WhatsApp live chat.
