The Flash Sale feature allows you to offer limited-time discounts on your products to encourage urgency and increase sales. You can set up a flash sale with specific start and end times, and apply discounts based on the conditions you set.

You can find the Flash Sale feature under Products > Flash Sale in your Shopibx admin panel.
Steps to Set Up a Flash Sale: #
- Add Flash Sale: Click on the “Add Flash Sale” button to create a new sale event.
- Enter Sale Information:
- Name: Give a name to your flash sale (e.g., “Summer Sale”, “Flash Discount on Electronics”).
- Start Date: Choose the date when the flash sale will begin (in mm/dd/yyyy format).
- End Date: Choose the date when the flash sale will end (in mm/dd/yyyy format).
- Start Time: Set the time when the sale will start.
- End Time: Set the time when the sale will end.
- Choose Discount Type:
- Discount Type: Select the type of discount (e.g., percentage off, fixed amount off).
- Discount Amount: Enter the discount amount that will be applied to the products.
- Override Existing Sale (Optional):
- Note: If you have another sale already set, check the option to override this discount with the flash sale if applicable.
- Set Conditions for the Flash Sale:
- Apply this Campaign when these conditions are matched: Select any specific conditions you want to apply for this flash sale, such as categories, product types, or other criteria.
- Save Flash Sale: After configuring all the details, click “Save” to activate the flash sale.
How It Works: #
- The flash sale will automatically apply the discount to the products you selected during the specified start and end times.
- Customers who visit your store during the sale will see the discounted prices and be encouraged to make a purchase before the sale ends.
By using flash sales, you can create excitement and urgency around your products, helping to boost conversions and increase sales in a short time frame.
