- Navigate to Email Settings
- Log in to your Shopibx dashboard.

What to Do if You Encounter Issues #
- Enable IMAP/SMTP: Make sure that IMAP and SMTP are enabled in your Office 365 account settings. To enable them:
- Go to your Office 365 account settings.
- Click on Settings > View All Outlook Settings.
- Under Mail > Sync Email, ensure IMAP and SMTP are enabled.
- Check 2-Step Verification: If you are using 2-Step Verification for your Office 365 account, you may need to generate an App Password instead of using your regular password.
- Visit the Security & Privacy section in your Microsoft account settings.
- Generate an App Password and use it in the Mail Password field in Shopibx.
