How do I add a custom domain

To add a custom domain to your Shopibx store, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Custom Settings:
   • From your Shopibx dashboard, navigate to:
     Store Settings > Custom Settings.
2. Enter your Custom Domain:
   • Click on the Domain field and enter your custom domain name (e.g., www.yourstorename.com).
3. Update your DNS Settings:
   • Now, go to your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
   • Create an A record with the IP address provided by Shopibx in the system. This IP is what links your custom domain to your Shopibx store.
4. Wait for DNS Propagation:
   • After updating the A record, it may take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect and for the domain to connect to your store.

Once the changes propagate, your custom domain will be successfully linked to your Shopibx store!
