How do I add a subdomain?

To add or change a subdomain for your Shopibx store, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Store Settings:
   • From your Shopibx dashboard, navigate to:
     Store Settings.
2. Change your Store Slug:
   • In the Store Slug field, enter the new name you want for your subdomain (e.g., if your store’s original subdomain was oldstore.myshopibx.com, you can change it to newstore.myshopibx.com).
   • Note: The store slug should only contain letters in English without spaces.
3. Enable subdomain:
   In the Custom Settings section, make sure the Sub domain option is enabled to reflect the new store slug.
4. Update the Subdomain:
   • Once you save the changes, the subdomain of your store will be updated accordingly.
     Your new subdomain will be: newslug.myshopibx.com.

Now your store will be accessible using the new subdomain!
